Privacy statement
Last updated 24 July 2026
The short version: we collect little, store everything within the EU, set no tracking cookies and never sell your data. The full statement follows below.
Who we are
NEXG3N is the controller for the processing described in this statement. Our details: NEXG3N, Pater R.D. Kloegstraat 7, 5684 TK Best, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 97359866. VAT number: NL005264805B67. Email: info@nexg3n.com. Phone: +31 (0)499 22 40 16.
What we process
When you contact us, we process your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message. If you are a customer, we additionally process contact and account details, billing and payment information, and the operational logs (including IP addresses) required to run our environments securely and reliably.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to answer your questions and prepare proposals (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), to deliver and invoice our services (Article 6(1)(b)), to comply with legal obligations such as tax retention duties (Article 6(1)(c)), and to secure our systems and prevent abuse (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)). For any other processing we ask for your consent first (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party cookies. Every part of the site, fonts included, is served from our own server, so your visit shares no data with third parties. Because we only use strictly necessary technical means, no cookie banner is required.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell or rent your data. We share it only with processors that are necessary to deliver our services, such as datacenters within the EU, and only under a data processing agreement. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Security
Privacy and security form our design principle. Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and we follow the guidelines of the Dutch National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it via info@nexg3n.com. You can find more information in our security.txt file at /.well-known/security.txt. We respond quickly and take no legal action against reporters acting in good faith.
How long we keep data
We keep contact messages for as long as the conversation is relevant and delete them afterwards. We keep customer and invoice data for the duration of the agreement plus the statutory retention period of seven years under Dutch tax law. We keep operational logs for a maximum of ninety days, unless an ongoing security investigation requires a longer period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time. Send your request to info@nexg3n.com; we respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
We may update this statement, for example when we launch new services or when regulations change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. In the event of significant changes, we actively inform our customers.
